NEW FOR 2014:

– 10 Series limited edition model.

As with all other Scion models, a new special edition 10 Series limited edition is being offered on the pint-sized iQ for 2014. Although Scion only launched in Canada four years ago, the brand is celebrating its 10th anniversary this year. Other than this birthday special, the standard model carries over unchanged having received a new driver’s seat and standard display audio system last year.

The iQ uses a 1.3-litre four-cylinder engine mated to a continuously variable transmission (CVT) that drives the front wheels. Its front passenger seat can be slid ahead of the driver’s seat for more legroom on the rear passenger side, and its rear seats fold flat for extra cargo space.

Standard features include 16-inch steel wheels, air conditioning, display audio CD/MP3/WMA stereo with USB and auxiliary jack, Bluetooth connectivity, manually-adjustable cloth front seats, 50/50 split-folding rear seats, power locks with keyless entry, heated mirrors with integrated turn signals, intermittent wipers, rear washer/wiper, outside temperature gauge, trip computer, dual vanity mirrors, auto up/down windows, leather-wrapped steering wheel with audio controls, tilt steering column, map lights, floor mats, digital clock, 12-volt power outlet, and illuminated entry.

Available accessories include premium audio, fog lights, alloy wheels, lowering springs, rear sway bar, cargo net, cargo mat, hood deflector and satellite radio.

The 10 Series adds Silver Ignit10n paint, 16-inch graphite-finish alloy wheels, jack-knife key, illuminated front and rear Scion badges, Pioneer touchscreen audio system, solar-powered illuminated shift knob, silver seatbelts, electroluminescent interior detailing, 10 Series floor and cargo mats, and a numbered interior badge.
