Ford maintains most customers by brand, Cadillac most improved

The folks over at Polk Automotive have released their list of loyalty awards for 2013 and Ford again returns to the coveted “Overall Loyalty to Manufacturer” and “Overall Loyalty to Make” spots.

The awards, which Polk calls “the only fact-based awards in the industry based on owner loyalty”, are based on actual registrations and lease transaction information in the United States.
