Mislabeled BMWs and Nissans are the Latest Vehicles Recalled

Ottawa, ON. – Transport Canada has released its latest recalls, which may affect some Nissan and BMW models.

BMW

Units Affected – 107

X6 – 2012

On certain BMW X6 M vehicles, the Tire and Loading Information label incorrectly indicates a vehicle seating capacity of four occupants. The actual seating capacity is five. Correction: To be announced.

Nissan

Units Affected – 2,301

Titan, Armada – 2012

Certain vehicles fail to conform to Canada Motor Vehicle Safety Standard 110 – Tire Selection and Rims. Specifically, the compliance label does not indicate the wheel rim size, as required by the Standard. Correction: To be announced.
