At 550hp, this Brit won’t be visiting the colonies anytime soon
After being leaked earlier this week, Jaguar has posted official details and photos of their Geneva-bound XFR-S Sportbrake model along with the astronomical price tag of £82,495 (approximately $150,000 CAD).
The normal XF wagon, not sold in North America, is reworked by the boffins at Jaguar and powered by the same 5.0-litre supercharged V8 seen in the XFR-S sedan and other JLR products, generating 550 hp and 502 lb-ft of grunt. An eight speed automatic sends power exclusively to the rear wheels.
Unique body panels, staggered 20-inch wheels, XFR-S interior treatments, and a sport-tuned suspension finish off the look.
The longroof hot rod will go on sale in Great Britain and other countries where people actually buy wagons.
