If they get it, we will probably get it too.
It is no secret Volvo has a dearth of new product on their lots. After the release of the all new S60, the most work any Volvo model has received in Canada is a refresh with some enhanced styling and added tech. This may all change as Volvo US looks to bring back the V60.
And if they get it, you can bet we will get it too.
Speaking to Automobile Magazine at NAIAS, Volvo Car Group President Hakan Samuelsson said “there is a segment…people who have a sedan and want more versatility but the same efficiency.” And with dealers clamouring for new metal, a V60 might just be the ticket to get the Volvo train rolling again.
It will definitely be a year or so before we see a V60 on our shores if it does happen, so we’re just going to have to wait this one out.
