Subaru donates Legacy to Georgian College

Mississauga, Ontario – Subaru Canada has donated a cutaway model of its all-wheel-drive Legacy to the Canadian Automotive Institute (CAI) at Georgian College in Barrie, Ontario. The model, which was previously used to demonstrate the AWD system at Canadian auto shows, will now serve a similar purpose for students in the automotive program.

The vehicle will have a permanent home in the classroom where automotive technology is taught. Founded in 1985, the CAI is the only program of its kind in Canada, and gives students the opportunity to earn a Bachelor of Applied Business – Automotive Management degree, or a diploma in Business Administration – Automotive Marketing. Both programs are offered in English or French.
