Ford Explorer Sport Trac returns for 2007

Dearborn, Michigan – Ford has announced that its popular Explorer Sport Trac will return for model year 2007. The model was not offered for 2006 when the Explorer underwent a major design change.

The all-new Sport Trac will feature a stiffer frame, new rear independent suspension, new advanced safety features, and the model’s first V8. A sport-utility truck based on the Ford Explorer, the Sport Trac was introduced in 2001.
