Pontiacs are nicknamed "ponchos" on BaT and other tribunes, but I stand corrected. Now I want chips for some reason.

Needs work, and a drivetrain, but the price is right: 0$

I've seen much worse than that, and a fairly desirable '65.....If only it were closer :P

On second thought, it's probably a good thing it's not close by. :rofl2:

Not a fan of the louvres on the roof, but the rest of it is very well done. And Buick motorvation, nice.  ;D

Super rare BMW 2002 turbo, but the pricing is out of hand.  The car is rare, and probably collectible, but the current bid is >$34K and the car needs over $10K in work, and sorting the FI out could run $10K or more.  It could be possible to end up into that car for $60K.

Is this super rare?  Or is this guy nuts?

Granted it is sexy as hell...but for a few $ more, wouldn't you rather...

2017 911 C4 - $132,000

Or less for this one?

2017 C4 - $121,000

Damn that's pretty.

So what will this go for in 3 days?  Current bid is $19,000.

Remember when BaT meant it?  Not it's Bring a Ton (of cash).  Not a lot of trailer needing cars anymore.  At some point will Barn Finds be all about the pristine car sitting in someone's garage?  ???

^the 98 is the final year for the air cooled, plus it's an "S", and it's a C2... so all desirable traits. Pricing is on the high side, but if he has patience (like a year's worth), he might get his asking price.

The last one on BAT I have been watching & it's not in the greatest condition, needs some work and the mods don't necessarily help it's value. It would make a great track car as it sits... I'm guessing it goes for ~$30k, but that might not meet the reserve... guess we'll see in a few days  :rofl2:

Never registered MG B.

Anyone know what the chrome bar is through the front? It looks rather like an automotive nose ring.

It was an (ugly) aftermarket accessory for those who wanted to have a place to mount their auto club badges or similar.

Just went through the pics....It's a beautiful car, and one of the nicest originals I've seen. However, I've gotta question a couple things....There are a lot of aftermarket accesories on the car; that bull ring, union jack logos on the fenders, aluminum valve cover, headlight stone guards, chrome (as opposed to aluminium) trim rings, dash plaques, aftermarket horn, red dipstick, trunk carpet kit etc. Why install all that stuff on a never registered car? Sorta defeats the purpose of a perfectly preserved example, no?
There's also a lot of paint wear on the smog pump...why? in theory very few hands should have ever been working around there..
