Well that was an eventful race!

Verstappen needs to smarten up. I enjoy that he messed up Vettel's race, but c'mon.

Yes, with you there.  Vettel's being on my $hit list ever since this: http://www.bbc.com/sport/formula1/21916317 infamous moment when he passed his teammate for a win in the closing stages of a race and against team orders.  That said, Verstappen's been a hot headed menace ever since joining F1 in 2015. Link here: https://www.autosport.com/f1/news/119303/verstappen-in-fresh-spat-with-massa.  You'd think by now he would've smartened up but he hasn't.  He has earned a bye up to now because of his famous daddy but I think he's going to do himself out of a seat before long.  I mean really.....? Two major pieces of stupidity in the same race? That was a new low.

Yeah, he's too talented to end up being the next Kvyat but that seems to be the path he's on.

Surprising. Father needs to look in the mirror, he was the same or more likely, worse;

^^ Quite the contrast between Ricciardo’s performance.  He timed his moves perfectly.

I don't recall Ricciardo making any boneheaded moves even when he was a rookie. He can drive, that's for sure.

God bloody damnit. You can't make multiple defensive moves in the braking zone for a reason. Chop job was stupid. Max is a muppet. Ricciardo right to be angry. Sky F1 team calling that a "racing incident" are being too kind. That's bollocks.

I feel sorry for Ricci. Maybe the team boss will order Max to swap seats with the test driver? And what a bad day for Bottas!

Re: Red Bull 2018 season so far...
Red Bull seems to be going all out in the top tiers of motorsport.

The week, they signed top talent in Moto2, Moto 3 and Moto GP.

Spain was pretty boring except for Grosjean's stunt on the first lap.
Hint: when you're out of control, don't floor it! He did a lovely bit of drifting, filled the track with tire smoke, and took out two other cars.

Three place grid penalty seems a bit light.

That was a really boneheaded move.

As a Hamilton fan, what a great race.

As an F1 fan, what a boring race.
