I went there to have the rear tire changed on the HP2. Looking at bikes to kill time.

In fact while very nice to ride, th HP2 is not very practical as a daily rider as there are no provision for luggage and the riding position while great when you are moving is not the best when stopped in a traffic jam.

A GS would be a great complement to the HP2. ;D

Nice bike Guy. Congrats again.
Re: pic 2 though, it seems that wire bundle should've been strain relieved away from the sharp edges of that bolt it runs along. Under prolonged vibration it's liable to wear through.

Yes, you are right Railton. I will re-route that wire to be safe.

Thanks!

maybe you can get some spacers and raise the bar up for greater comfort
in city traffic

Yup..I'm sure a set of helibars would work.  Or just make some spacers.
How fast is my 911?  Supras sh*t on on me all the time...in reverse..with blown turbos  :( ...

Yes but then I would loose the perfect riding position for speed. I'll leave it as is.

Again, a GS will be a great complement to this bike. Think of the GS as a SUV when you need room for  luggage and passenger and the HP2 is like a 911 turbo!

Just back from a short but fast run. This bike is blast to ride.  ;D

Well, since I have so little time available to ride it I've put it up for sale. I only put 2.5K kms last year, less than half what I did on my bicycles.. Really a great, unique bike. If somebody is interested... The only one for sale in Canada as far as I know..

Geez, I wanted (still want!) one of those so bad. What a great bike!

I understand the sale, though. I put less than 1,000 kms on my bike over the past three years total, so it's just silly to hang onto it if you never get a chance to use it. Good luck with the sale.

Ugh. Terrible news. I would love that bike, it's a future classic for sure.
