Nice purchase! Love the inline 6 in Bella's 323i & have driven my buddies 128i a few times as well, it pulls nice & strong.

Congrats and looks great!

It seems like the OEM Goodyear runflats are still on the car. Get proper non-RFT tires and the car's ride and handling will shine.

For sure, when I had a 2008 128i I couldn't wait to wear out the OEM runflats.  Unfortunately what's on there now are not likely original, and have a decent amount of life left.  It'll be 2023 before I change them to non runflats.

Have a look at the DOT codes - if 7 years or older, recycle them with a clear mind  :)

I did about 300km just out and about over the past week, drive so nice after spending the last few years driving crossovers.  My wife took it to work today, she just texted me that "you don't realize what you're missing until you drive it again".  If I can find time to detail it in the next week or two I'll post a bunch of photos, otherwise I'll take some in the spring.
