I read that the seating position has been somewhat addressed, they raised the seat and the roof to accommodate, also gave more adjustment to the steering rack. So might actually be okay to drive.
Maybe. In the video her knees were still above the hips quite a bit and she is short. Will reserve judgement until I can feel it with my own ass. Endless amounts of douchbaggery add ons but hopefully the limited will have toned it down, full time AWD with low range and a manual. That would be compelling.
I still think a new Ridgeline suits me better as I would prefer on road manners and day to day livability over extreme off road chops. I spend a lot of time in the backwoods with the Ridgeline and for the most part it handles FSRs OK limited by my tire choice and ultimately ground clearance. If things get truly nasty it is time to unload the Husqavarna
. I see very few newer Tacomas with all that plastic crap bolted on in the backcountry. Will see old Toyota warriors deep in the bush (without snorkels lol).
I see 5:1 old Subaru Foresters in the backcountry vs newer Tacomas (anything 2000+).
