Will be interesting to see what GM does in this segment now that all of its competition has moved to the Euro vans.

Ford is saying the HP rating is 185 hp. Nevertheless, saying the turbo gas V6 will be the sales leader may be self-fulfilling. Depends on pricing and availability. This proven diesel has the potential to outsell all other powertrain options. Hopefully we may see it appear in some other Ford products (the new lighter F150).

Ford has been pretty adamant that the F150 isn't getting a diesel and this diesel in particular. We'll see if that changes.
On some great and glorious day the plain folks of the land will reach their heart's desire at last, and the White House will be adorned by a downright moron.

looks to be a pretty decent vehicle...being made in Kansas is nice too (likely a bonus for Ford with perhaps some incentives as well as no import tariffs to help keep the pricing competitive...looking at the passenger configuration online and you really have the Ultimate minivan (well, not really "mini")...but if you have a big family, why not look at this?
