Opening Day!

Listening to Giants v. Brewers to start.

The plate/screws inside A.J. Pollock's (Diamondbacks) right elbow.

Doc says Pollock won't be begin baseball activities for at least three months, best-case. Could miss the entire year.

Late west coast game for the DBacks last night against the Padres.

Some great base running by Jake Lamb in the top of the 9th, gave the DBacks a 3-2 lead.  Then a double play in the bottom of the 9th wrapped up the game for the DBacks.

A nice win for sure but why critical? They're 15 games or so into a 162 game season.......

There's not much to talk about until at least the mid-way point...
How fast is my 911?  Supras sh*t on on me all the time...in reverse..with blown turbos  :( ...

Their pitching is lights out (other than Dickey but whatever he'll give you innings) and their hitting will come around. Moron bandwagon fans are foaming at the mouth as if Martin or Tulo are going to be batting under .100 all year.

This team is great. Better than last year.

My only real concern at this point is the first base platoon because you're getting nothing from a power position but with this lineup that can be hidden. Will need to be improved if either Smoak or Cola do not get it together. Cola needs to go on a bender for a weekend and clear his head FFS.

I don't know if I'd call their pitching lights out...they are below mid-pack in the AL in team pitching.

And it wouldn't suprise me if Tulo has a "meh" year again.  He comes from the NL, where pitching isn't usually as fierce.

Either way...way, way too early to tell anything IMO.

Because every game they have played was/is in the division!

Lost the first 2 games of the season.  Playing 500 ball until tonight.  Struggling thru all their previous series.  Just critical to get out ahead of Baltimore on this 3 game series and get rid of that monkey and get out of divisional play in the lead.
