Awesome pics, especially the one from the front. Shame you didn't have the chance to drive it more. Thanks for sharing Firm.

Well, it's been awhile since I've updated this one. Really because I haven't done anything to the car, except drive it. Seriously, dead reliable, it sits a bunch but when I need it, it always goes and everything works as it should.

I've put about 1500kms on it this season, which isn't a ton, but I haven't bothered to install a baby seat in it, so the only time I really drive it is to work (110km round trip) maybe two Fridays a month - and I use it for weekend errands when I am alone.

I only ended up driving it in the rain once so far this year, so it stayed pretty clean, but today I gave it a good wash and wax in prep for a show tomorrow called Oblivion that's focused on 80's/90's car and takes place on the CNE grounds here in Toronto.

Never heard of Oblivion. 80s and 90s cars is my jam. Would have made the drive down in the Alfa to say Hi  :'(

Next one.

The Dirty Bird looks glorious Firm.

...and to think that car started out as a "press dump"  ;) - now it's car show material, a great lookin' T/A, probably the best of that generation.

Is the RAM in the background a presser?  Something you're working on for a work project? (in house bling project?)  I third or fourth or fifth on the T/A.  Went from a $3000 car to what now?  $8? (thousand that is)  Maybe more?

Thanks Guys, I really don't need this car, but every time I take it out I am reminded how much I enjoy it and can't really bring myself to sell it. It has a character that I really love that nothing modern-er can match.

The show was really cool, great turn out and awesome venue for something like this. Unfortunately my day was rammed so I ran through the show as quick as possible and left, leaving the car behind for Vantage007 to take back home. As a result I didn't really get any good photos, so these two potatoe photos will have to do, unless some better ones turn up somewhere.

Oh, yeah, that massive Ram on the street was last week's presser...Great truck, not the best commuter, lol.

Might be more famous than he wants to be.  He's a car reviewer...not Brad Pitt.  (but I admit I do enjoy their reviews, them and Throttle House. Plenty others suck.)

He's famous, but only within automotive circles.  And specific circles, at that.  Millenium types, for the most part.

Anybody who's not a car person wouldn't know who he is, and the 75 year old muscle-car owner probably wouldn't give two sh!ts either.

Yeah, buddy of mine. I mentioned the show to him. I think I've been "recognized" by readers/fans less than 10 times in the past ~seven years I've been doing this, and I'm completely fine with that haha. I'm a fly-under-the-radar guy, even though I somehow own a bright yellow convertible.

Firm's T/A drove well, and it always surprises me with how nice it feels on the highway. My fiancee and I drove it about ~60km home after the show. Left the T-tops on because I was extremely drained, but the A/C was sufficient.

LOL, yep, I've seen that video a few times, excellent. Makes me anxious to get the old T/A dusted off for the season. Maybe in the next week or two, weather dependent. Collected a few cosmetic bits to install over the winter for it too.

can you imagine the comments on the interwebs today if you launched a brand new sports/muscle car with a 5.0L V8 that had 190 HP??...oh man, you could likely spend days sifting through that gold. :)
