Winter tires on steel rims

I have 4 new (only 5000 km) Michelin xice3 tires on steel rims that are off a 2020 Mazda 3 GS.
I am giving them to anybody that wants to pick them up from Langley, BC. They are in kaltire storage and hate to just recycle them.
205/60/16 I believe
