This is the kind of car to tour the country in. Have yet to actually see one on the road around these parts.

I don't think I've seen one either.

It's a shame. It's a nice looking car, inside and out.
On some great and glorious day the plain folks of the land will reach their heart's desire at last, and the White House will be adorned by a downright moron.

I've seen one. And it was an odd/unique metallic cream/brown color.

I've seen a few of these with limo fleets here in Montreal.  Nice looking car but the rear lights look eerily like those on a Hyundai Azera.

impressed with this, in black it could be just as menacing as the old LS - loved that thing

If driving an Alfa does not restore vitality to your soul, then just pass the hospital and park at the morgue to save everyone time.

Now drives a Jaaaaaaag...and thus will not pay for anything during an outing...but it is OK, because....I drive a Jaaaaaag.

Was neat you could get that car in a manual.

But the car had issues (I know...I was in the largest Lincoln club when I had my Mark VIII)

The LS was sooo close. But it needed a better interior, and it needed the Ford twin cam V8, not the Jag abortion.

i see an upcoming comparo coming...large luxobarges battle it out to see who reigns supreme.   ;D

at $82k, i'd be curious to see how it compares with the Genesis G90, which is $84k...or even the G80 5.0 Ultimate at $65k.

either way, this is no longer a very large volume segment.

Yea...there was ALWAYS people asking for a re-skinned and luxed up Mustang platform to be sold as a sporty Lincoln.

I think it would have worked IMO.

I find that interior super tacky, with those faux wood inserts and chrome bits.

Fake wood?  Really?

Yes, it is definitely real wood and I thought it was quite striking when I reviewed one of these. Pictures don't do the Conti's cabin justice.

Interestingly, I've seen a number of these on Edmonton's streets, particularly in the last 6 months. I have literally never seen a CT6 on the road here, other than the one I reviewed. Of the two, I prefer the CT6 - but would personally take the Genesis G90 over both.

"The CT6 might be the Continental’s biggest problem..."

I've seen CT6 exactly twice in Ottawa, and it was the same car. So if the above quote is correct, I am going to see exactly 0 Continentals in the next few years.
Shame, really. I kinda like these big comfy cruisers.

I tried out the rear seat massage in this at last year's autoshow...it was interesting

Love the car
I love it when a plan comes together.

Agreed! It's really nice....particularly the back seats. This is the finest interior in ANY domestic car. Period.

I'd love one of these with a Livernois Motorsport tune (387whp/418wtq)!

Good to know.  Plasti-wood would be pretty unforgivable here.

I've seen a handful of these even here in Fredericton.

It's too bad that the blue leather interior offered in the U.S. doesn't seem to be available in Canada.

Sounds like a really good option, and you hit the nail on the head with the little touches.

I do like the sound of those door handles.
