The N.A. Auto Journalists are now getting test drives and are deeply impressed.
A supercharger can increase boost run on hybrid lower cost system.  All of Europe
gets this engine and a lower S450 with same de tuned engine.
We get older V6 and V8s for at least 2018 model year.
"The best or nothing" --Mercedes advertising-seems only for Euro Customers.  The one report
I read indicated a deep,frustration with this decision ( even thou' I am sure
his trip was paid by Mercedes ). 
Awaiting mileage numbers, but the on/off extremely smooth.

So no gears, direct drive electric motor at the crank? Pretty cool if so.
Is everything works on 48V or some things are still 12v and require a separate battery?

Mercedes has always been my favorite, would like to see the electric cars they come up with.
Music and Cars keeps me going.
