I wouldn't doubt they try that one, except that they cancelled the order, not me.

Well, Maria at autopartsway.ca assured me that someone would be very concerned about my not getting the refund and calling me within 24-48 hours.

That didn't happen.  :(

Not surprised.

Of course not. I have always had better customer service with US based companies. My shipment from Rock Auto showed up early! Correct too, always is.... ;D

I think this is a US based company with an additional .ca website.    Dunno really.

They've finally cleared things up.  They were not ripping me off, I was refunded fully.
They just don't communicate well and don't clear things up until they get a bad review.

I will continue to be a customer as I was at least partially to blame.

I recall someone telling me they are associated with Canadian Tire/Partsource.

The best part of Rock Auto is the customer rides magnets.

So it all got sorted out in the end? I was just about to say that I've ordered a few times from them in Quebec and has no issues.

Also seems you have no problem dropping :spam: either.

Hell may have frozen over. Rock Auto was giving me a $120 shipping option for a pair of brake rotors so I decided to look around.  Found some on Auto Parts Way for a reasonable price and free shipping. We will see if this works out.   ;D

^ I've ordered from them many times without any issue but it has been a couple years.
Quality is never an accident; it is always the result of high intention, sincere effort, intelligent direction, and skillful execution; it represents the wise choice of many alternatives.

Update. The rotors showed!. One of the rotor boxes was partially destroyed and wrapped with packing plastic (tends to happen)  but the contents were ok. They did pack the rotor boxes into shipping boxes.

I would have liked to hear about the trip if one of the rotors was broken! LOL [emoji38]

I order from then quite often and never had a problem. I follow them on facebook, where they always have a coupon for something posted.
