Of course not. I have always had better customer service with US based companies. My shipment from Rock Auto showed up early! Correct too, always is....

So it all got sorted out in the end? I was just about to say that I've ordered a few times from them in Quebec and has no issues.
Update. The rotors showed!. One of the rotor boxes was partially destroyed and wrapped with packing plastic (tends to happen) but the contents were ok. They did pack the rotor boxes into shipping boxes.
