ahha my brother is in Vietnam right now and buying a original Cub.  nice little bikes
Worlds all time best selling vehicle, isn't it?
I'm not sure but it's by far the most popular in Vietnam. It's funny because he's shopping around and a 1985 is like 300$ and a 2015 is 450$.  The older one are more popular as they are built in japan.  the newer ones have Chinese engine which are less desirable but they all look the same

Best selling vehicle of all time. Over 100 million sold. It's staggering!

But check out the figures from the last 20 years for how it reached sales milestones.

20 million milestone was achieved in 1992
50 million in 2005.
60 million in 2008.
100 million in 2017.
How fast is my 911?  Supras sh*t on on me all the time...in reverse..with blown turbos  :( ...

They sold by the boatload in Vietnam during the motor scooter renaissance last decade. There were a couple in my family, I couldn't figure out the shifting system last time I was there but I'd love to give it another go.

The traffic seems orderly ... until you see a guy to the right of the white Yaris  :o
Give a man a fish, he eats for a day. Teach the man to fish and he wakes you up at 5 in the morning.

Haha. I'll dig up some videos I have of my trip to Vietnam 8 years ago, but roads there definitely run on a hierarchical system. Bus/truck beats minibus (van) beat car beats moped beats pedestrian. I hailed a taxi on a couple of occasions to move myself up two positions and cross the street, well worth the $1.  ;D

Cheapest insurance policy ever  ;D
Canadians are used to traffic that stops once you walk out in front of it. In other places of the world it doesn't. And in some you get beat up for causing damage to someone else's car  :o ::)
