We're off to Tremblant again later this week, so at least 2 more days left this season for me [emoji16]

Well to top it off then.... only cost me $18 for a 4hr lift ticket [emoji12]  And there is NO lift line, longest wait may have been half a minute. Rocking the QST-92's today too, perfect for this spring snow. Dropped the Supershape's off yesterday for a tune, picking em up tomorrow so they'll be ready for Tremblant Friday.

Being unemployed isn't so bad [emoji38]

I had friends over this weekend and they left their wallet at Cascades.

Had to get some runs in.  Fantastic conditions.

Nice!!! I've been doing laps over on Skyline since 12:45ish. Legs are getting tired.

BC had another wave of snow last weekend. The way this season is going we can expect powder into May. If one can't be dirt biking they might as well be skiing I guess. Forecast for -15 in Calgary. Yay I guess. ???

Skied Calabogie today.  The sun came out and it was glorious. Creamy mashed potatoes on a firm base.

It reminded me why it's my favorite hill in the area.  It's 780 feet of fun..

Oddly the bar wasn't open today. Which is a shame because their patio is spectacular.

Right?

It's ok though, we brought in some reinforcements.

Not surprised, the clear weather rolled in from the east just after lunch.  By the time we left at 3:30 it was clouding over again.   The sun changed everything.

We had full on spring conditions today. Tomorrow morning it's supposed to be sunny & -8ºC. Looking forward to some blue skies.

We did MSM last weekend, it was fabulous! You guys will have a blast! Open till 6pm tomorrow as well, so you can lounge & have a pint out on the deck while the kids do laps, that's what we did last weekend [emoji16]

The kid scored some practicum days with a heli ski company.

I would file these under "way, way more than acceptable."

On some of her days off from Sunshine she's been doing guiding practicums.  It's unpaid work, but amazing experience.  You do grunt work - up at 4:30am to prep for the guide's meeting, hauling people's gear around, and going out on skins to scout conditions, but then you get a ton of hands on experience.  And you get to do some insane skiing.
