More seriously, almost 3000 kg SUV is a lot ! 

The Rivian R1T weighs about the same, even the  Mercedes-Benz EQS 580 is only a bit lighter. It's the batteries. There is going to be a lot more road deaths in future from people being run over. 

Is there much of a difference between a 175lb human being run over by a 2000kg SUV and being run over by a 3000kg SUV?  Either way, they're still dead...

Pretty nice for a budget car manufacture. Kia is charging and arm and a leg for it especially in UK. Canada is suppose to be around $67,800 to $90,000 if you included the tax.

The curb weight is 2310 to 2637 kg, the gross weight is 2910 to to 3220 kg. It's equivalent to a full-size BOF gas SUV.

People are saying it's 3,000 kg and I'm trying to say no it isn't.

Telluride is 1,865–2,033 kg, So if you're comparing lowest trim to lowest trim and highest trim to highest trim, it's 445 to 604 kg heavier.
