Have some fun with your mother, get a couple of adult magazines!  :rofl2:

I'm going to have a catheter stuck in private parts for a couple of weeks...the last thing I want to do is get myself aroused :) !

tis true, she can hand them out, as a test later...

Got a little excited earlier today when i saw a Miata sitting in the lot of a local dealer for a little over $10k, but that ended quickly enough when I looked inside and saw the auto stick.  1999 dark green Miata with 4sp auto... :P

Well I didn't expect a guy who hangs out with his mother to be an arbiter of masculinity.  ;)

My dehumidifier bit the dust last night.  I was just starting to doze off watching tv when I heard a noise followed by hissing and the putrid smell of freon... :hurl:   I flung it out the back door pretty quickly.  This is the second one I have owned in the 6 years I have lived here.  Appliances are mostly disposable devices now I guess, but 3 years each for these... ::)

My parents' Kenmore dehumidifier from 2005 is still working fine granted it's used a lot less these days

Ugh, looks like deer mice in the floor joists / basement ceiling.

I blocked their exit path (I think) last night and they were very active.  Caught 11 of them.  I hear at least 1 more up there.  OMG!

If this battle doesn't end this weekend with traps then I may have to call a specialist in.

Caught 2 more with traps I set out this morning.  Then saw another one running around (I only had 2 traps).  Well now I have 6 traps, hopefully they are all used or not depending on your view.

I know at least 1 is left to get.  The little ones somehow avoid the snap.

No, but I bought some peppermint oil.  Problem is I really don't know where they got in, all a guess really.  But didn't see one, only heard them.  Then put the spray foam in and a ton of them came out last night.  Caught 2 more just now.

Which makes me believe I found their point of entry and now they can't get out, so they are looking for food.  Turns out they are deer mice which is bad for your health.  I may have to get the ducts cleaned and call a pest control company.

Apparently those electronic gizmos only work for a short period of time, then they get use to them.

Time of year.  Our cats have been on 'mousewatch' sitting by the 'fridge for the last two nights now.

Did you see those new electronic traps?  Mice/rats step into them....then they are electrocuted.
