Thanks so much guys! Just threw the 575 SuperAmerica wheels on (19" with a polished lip and deeper dish in the rear), and installed a radio. Went with the Blaupunkt for period-correctness. Also installed a Tubi exhaust - it's now perfect. Hoping to squeeze another 4-5 days of driving out before parking it for the season.

The wheel are a nice improvement.  REALLY like the radio, though.  So much more tasteful than most head units that look like they cost $89 and belong in a high schooler's car....

Jesus, that's a LOT of money for a J-spec car with mods. I didn't pay anywhere near that, for the record.

How many tanks of gas would 700kms be, like 5ish?  Also, very nice pictures.  Have you done an article on your website yet about it?

Finally got to meet the Ferrari in person - it did not disappoint (as if..) - absolutely stunning piece and every bit a dream car.

Wokeism is nothing more than the recognition and opposition of bigotry in all its forms.  Bigots are predictably triggered.

No content yet - I try to not write about my own stuff if I can help it. I wrote a review on the IS 500 because we were pressed for time to be the only outlet in Canada with one, but that's about it. I tend to lend the cars to my colleagues for a few days at a time to create content from a non-owner's point of view. We have a story coming up on the 360 soon, which you'll get to see.

700km was about 1.2 tanks - depleted one tank down to the reserve light (136-liter tank it seems), and just under a quarter on the second. We're now around 1,000km and 1.5 tanks. Looking at the weather, this coming week will be its last of the season.

Great to see Jaeger!

Well that works out to 200L for 1,000kms, or 20L/100kms, which might sound bad, I would have have thought worse.  At least they give you a decent size tank for that monster.

Yeah, I'm tracking on Fuelly just like all my other cars - the one tank was 20.1L/100km. Will refill again this week.

136L tank! Man, that's huge. Kinda surprised Ferrari would go for that much weight, but I guess as a GT car you want the range.

Was going to say the same thing about the fuel tank size. Wow!  What f/e would it get just cruising @ 120 kph? Either way, that should be a pretty good range per tank.

Specs say 30 gallons which is 114L

Do US cars have bigger tanks? Does it differ by year?

It'll be fun to track this on an ongoing basis... my better half and I intend to do some uh... grand touring in this thing next year. Maybe even head out Shane's way and do the Cabot Trail. I'm expecting 13-14L/100km on the highway and 18-19 combined.

136L was standard on Euro cars from what I've read, and can eat a few Lira more than the standard 113.5L US tank. My car may not have the factory shields on the front fenders (sad face), but I'm glad it has the bigger tank.

So this is a Euro car imported to the States?

I must have missed that part of the story.

Link to details about larger Euro tank? I'm seeing 30 gallons on Euro sites as well.
