I'd like to see a manufacturing target advertised.
Bolt is limited due to LG Chem battery availability.
And GM (like the other legacy auto makers) is going to focus on China for EV's to stay relevant in that market, and that means much of their EV production will go there so they are allowed to keep selling their polluting vehicles.

As you well know, most publicly traded companies publish manufacturing figures when they are certain of capacity.  Its the legal thing to do when shareholders are involved.  You know what that's like; not talking about pie-in-the-sky magic unicorn numbers and actually giving hard numbers.  *cough* unlike Tesla *cough*

Tesla critique is fair, but at least it is building out the battery cell capacity with Panasonic necessary to produce 500k cars per year.
Panasonic is no slouch at cranking out cells, once the pack automation by Tesla is solved, there will be a lot of supply.
