Reminds me of the old 780 Bertone, in that it's a coupe version that very obviously looks like the sedan version.

turbo 5 more your taste? I know that would be my choice. All Volvos are I4 going forward IIRC.

Anything would be better than a 4 cylinder for this thing but unfortunately, Volvo is sticking to their single universal engine approach.  Their plan is to go from 4 cyl to all electric so it's not like they'll be developing anything else.

I would swap in a turbo 5 from a S60R and tune the crap out of it. Sporty Volvos need 5cyl IMO.

I like it.  It would be a great empty-nester car until full EVs can do 500km+ on a single charge that takes less than 20 minutes.
