Selling my 2011 BMW 328 Xdrive 61,000kms
« on: July 16, 2022, 01:42:39 pm »
Finally biting the bullet and selling my car. All coming about because my wife wanted a Fiat 500. Now we have 3 cars and I had to get rid of one. We opted to keep our Kia as I need a hatchback. Plan to purchase a new or slightly used SUV like Audi Q3 or Mazda CX30 at some point. But right now market is crazy. So I will keep looking even if it takes till next spring. Maybe supply chain issues will have calmed down by then.

Here is my AD

Man, I’d be all over this if it wasn’t for the missing sunroof wind deflector.
I love it when a plan comes together.

That was funny.  ;D

So far lots of looks online but no takers. And that is without coming clean about the deflector.

Pricing was hard. Crazy market and not too many comparable cars with low Kms like this.

Very clean and at a very good price in my opinion given the condition and km's.

I'll give you $9k for it because of the broken deflector.  ;D

Just getting low ball offers from people who have not even come to see it. That's the internet for you.  >:(

And see here's the problem with the market right now. Your car is a top-shelf example of a car that there are a billion of. Probably not as common in your specific region, but here in the GTA there are six trillion clean-ish E90s for sub-$7500 on sale at any given time. Yours stands out because of mileage and condition, so lowballers will be out in full force trying to score a serious bargain.

Just sold. I got a very decent offer and accepted it. Good guy and easy transaction made it worth it to me to accept a little lower price. I think it is fair for everyone.

Now to shut down my huge marketing campaign. So happy that is over.
