So flight is booked to come get the MR2.  Flying out on Thursday evening, May 4th.  I will plan on staying on Thursday night and Friday night, and will head back home on Saturday.  :)

Will the get together be on Friday night?

Yep, I believe that's the plan Derek.  Are you free that evening?

Only if you have coupons!

Hey, we need to go to that Steak place that we went to last time that's close to your house.

Sshh, that's a PM kind of thing.  Can't spread that kind of news around online, then that place will get busy.  And I hate busy restaurants.

Hahaha.  I can't even remember of the place now, but whatever it is, supper and beers will be on me.

Ok so we have some progress.  The deck is in.  We located the oem amplifier, behind the driver seat, near the seatbelt!  Work had already been done there.  Wasn't very clear.  So we bypassed the amp and sub.  So we put new speaker wire in.  Front left and Front right going to the deck, works fine.  Sound is clear.  Right speaker is on it's way out though.  Also, the power antenna doesn't work right.  We know it's wired right, because you hear a motor sound when it's on tuner for a few seconds, like it's trying to raise the antenna.  It goes up manually, and the stations come in.

Can't say no problem, because we did face a few.  But I will say happy to help a friend! :-)

New power antenna assembly is cheap. Likely some worn out teeth that doesn't allow it to raise in time when the radio is turned on. But can be raised manually. Had this issue with my LS400.

My solution would be to put an S2000-type amplified rubber antenna on like I did on my Supra.
How fast is my 911?  Supras sh*t on on me all the time...in reverse..with blown turbos  :( ...

My solution, listen to the music of the engine & exhaust! :-)  Never any commercials!

It's Japanese, the only problems you will have, is which road to take, and watching the speedometer!

I love how Adi takes this picture around the corner from my house.  At least my house has nicer grass in the background!  And by the way guys.  I can confirm, he stalled it, upon leaving my house! He should be ashamed!
