XK8 is coming out of winter storage. I wonder what the bill will be to get it through NB's annual safety inspection?  ::)

Well, other than the tires getting close, yes.

Did you get your car on the road yet?. I presently have an 87 Jaguar XJ6 in my garage. Cleaning it  up for a fellow in the local British Car Club.
Come to think of it there might be an oil leak in my garage underneath it. ;D

Finally got the car into the shop late last week. I had hardly been driving it as the weather hadn't been great. It wouldn't turn over when I went to try it. I boosted it and went for a drive but next day it was dead again. Battery was toast. I also noticed an intermittent rough idle.

It's still in the shop but so far it's had a new battery, a coil pack (arriving today) and 4 tires. We'll see what else.

Can't exactly fault the car for a bad battery or tires....Coil pack, maybe.

I had repeated issues with the coil packs in my 2003 Lincoln LS V8 starting around 30K km.  Had them replaced twice under warranty, then i got rid of the car.   Not sure about this Jag but the S-Type used a version of the same V8.

Pretty sure it is. My daughter told me the other day that she thought it was for sale.  The colour is pretty uncommon
