2006 Pontiac Pursuit - Mystery part.

I have a 2006 Pontiac Pursuit and to the left of the exhaust manifold there is a part that has 2 tubes extending from it and a bolt in the center.   I have no clue what it is or does but the piece is broken...    I've checked a couple of manuals and I can't see what this would be.  Any ideas what this would be??

Sorry you are not getting a response. I think everyone is in shock you have a 2006 Pontiac Pursuit that is still on the road.  :D
