Got it Krown'd today. Figure I'll get it done every two years going forward now. Or as long as I keep it.

Regardless, money well spent.  Some new owner down the road will really appreciate it even if they are too stunned to realize it..

The local military base here do all their vehicles in Krown including the monster 6 wheel drive units.  Probably the only example in the entire Federal Government that's looking forward and saving the taxpayer a bundle.

I have not and will not do the MDX.  I have done the Tremor once.  Looks more likely than not that I will buy out the lease in a couple of years.  Rate is 3.9% and I got $10K off at the time.   Same vehicle today is $300 a month more x 48 months with $10K off.  Rate is 6%.

The main issue is that stop/start is back on the F150s.  The kill button is in a terrible location.  Above the nav screen in the middle of the dash.  Big reach forward when the seat is all the way back.  A real kill joy.  Consequently, I wouldn't buy anything used that employs stop/start.  Constantly oil pressure going to zero and then back up.  Engine builders refer to that as "dry starts".  On top of that were are dealing with twin turbos turning off constantly.

Many things bother me as you may have noticed  ;D, but the Carbon Tax on fuel and stop/start are tops.  :P

^ lol quality post.

Krown (or similar) is a no-brainer IMO. None of that stuff exists down here, for obvious reasons, so I recently bought a 360 degree spray wand for a oil spray gun I already had, I'll get a 5gal bucket of Fluid Film and do my own spraying on the DDs. No salt here, so hopefully I won't have to do it as frequently, but still plenty of rain and humidity to contend with.

At first I did not see the 66666. I thought it was the fuel mileage shown that was Ominous.

12.5 average city/highway is what those Honda awd units use.  City only is 17.  Still beats walking.

As you should! I recently sold a good buddy a '20 Odyssey Touring - I took it home to shake down and kept it in VTEC as much as I could!

Some of my Odyssey's poor fuel consumption came from muzzling VCM but some of it definitely came from being addicted to VTEC.

Yeah, my wife still fondly remembers test driving Passports and letting that engine roar

It was just too wide for her to park comfortably, but if it had come with a birds eye view camera and better park sensors we might be driving one now instead of the RX

It is freaking wide to park, especially in our cramped grocery store parking lots where the lanes are narrow, as are the parking spots. Costco is a different story.
