Nx only offers dual zone climate control.  I guess they have vents for the rear seat?   The Envision Prem has tri-zone climate that is adjustable from the back seat or the driver can adjust the rear climate.

Buick doesn't offer faux leather like Lexus. Nor does Lexus NX have available vented seats or heads up display. 

Most Buick owners do not see the dealership after their first two, free oil changes.

That's not a dependability study. That's a dealership satisfaction study. If you go to the dealer multiple times because your car is unreliable, but are happy with the service department...the service department scores high.

You're confusing this with dependability.

Our rear seat riding dogs would say otherwise on a hot day.  My black Lab would put his head on seat edge right by the vent.

My 1985 Audi 5000 had rear seat vents.
