Antoine Lestage would be a national hero in any European country with his track record...he's now 2 or 3 victories away from Buffum's career total, yet he's mostly unknown by the public. I read that this 2014 season could have ended with one crash or major part failure so small was his budget. Good thing he now has a pr firm on his case as this guy deserves recognition!

Someone I'm very, very close to published a feature on Antoine in the Toronto Star on the weekend. If you're in TO, you should check it out. It's online too I think.

Thanks for reporting on this. Any word on why L'Estage lost his major sponsors before the season? Wasn't he with Subaru at one time?

So did LaPresse in Montreal last weekend. Will check for that!

Btw, the Toronto Star ran a piece on traffic written by Nadine Filion - I was interviewed quite a bit for that one.

Monster energy drinks just went away, and Mitsubishi is turning its back on motorsports to focus on green appliances.

A few years back I remember when L'Estage with Subaru kept on losing to Richard with Mitsubishi. At the time I wondered if s-awc had any significant contributions to that. If we look past the drivers and at the cars over the past 5 years or so do we see a Mitsu winning more often than a Subaru? Or I am I trying to make something out of nothing?
