Will you publish the names before you ignore them?

there used to be such an option.

On some great and glorious day the plain folks of the land will reach their heart's desire at last, and the White House will be adorned by a downright moron.

Are you referring to someone's posts, or PMs?

I'd love not to read NormT's trolling of every non-GM vehicle.

No one is making you read Norm's post , or are you just like a moth to a flame   ;D

It's to the point where a certain person is just posting to incite responses and nothing else and I'd rather not see that person's posts either.

Hear Hear.
If that option existed then we'd have less people abandoning the forum, which I must admit am close to doing myself.

Yes - can we have an ignore function please?
Wokeism is nothing more than the recognition and opposition of bigotry in all its forms.  Bigots are predictably triggered.

Not sure there's anyone left here with the technical ability to handle this since Wing left.
If you search on the 'ignore button' there's quite a few posts in history.

Agreed, and it's the reason I step back from the forum for a weeks at a time fairly often.

Oddly enough though, I never knew this feature existed.......will definitely be using it.   ;D

There are some threads I just don't bother to read through lack of interest...like Motorcycles and ski stuff.    Some I read and don't comment on, and the rest.  Of course there are some people I find annoying as I'm sure there are many who find me annoying  But I am not going to go and set Ignore on anyone...must be that old fashioned free speech thing.

I read a lot of various threads, but only actively participate in a small portion compared to what I read.  I have no use for reading the same type of trolling or fanboi koolaid type posts over and over though, so the ignore function is great for that.  Glad to know that it exists now.

Could be worse, he could have insulted those activities.  At least he said, lack of interest.  Ditto for me, lack of interest...

Yeah, I don't mind motorcycles but anything involving skiing or bicycles, I'm out.
Lighten up Francis.....

I'm sure I'm on someone's ignore list already.  ;D

Yea it's one thing not to venture into a thread that doesn't interest you. It's another to go into a thread and see someone bash the topic of that thread with full bias and prejudice, thread after thread after thread. He knows it bothers people (or maybe he doesn't) yet he still does it. He could start his own thread and that would allow people to choose whether or not to venture in, but he wants an audience and he's no longer going to get that from me.
