Rare to a see first generation Honda Prelude still on the road. Shame about the hub caps - nice otherwise.

Lotta bikes out this week in Toronto...dicey since the roads are still gritty, but I take it as a nice sign of spring :)

Still too gritty for you?  It rained for a couple of days.  The MR2 doesn't mind! :-)

In my hood they salted one morning....at +7 degrees!! I was gunna take a picture earlier, there's big chunks of salt all over the place, including on my driveway. It's just silly. I figure they're trying to use up the remaining salt before their contract ends for the season April 1st?

In the last few weeks I've seen a lot of nice rides in Vancouver.  I was quite surprised to see this one so soon!

Actually in Europe. It was still pretty cold though. For walking it was OK, but riding like that must have been quite cold.

Prob have mentioned this before, but the times when I cross the line into South Carolina, I wince at the people riding their cruiser bikes with no helmet on.

No surprise: At the NC state line in that direction, there's a sign "By law, all motorcyclists must wear helmet. "

I always do a double take the first time I see a helmet-less rider after I cross into the U.S.

You must be near one of the US states in the Midwest or Plains; most of the states I know/live/travel thru have mandatory helmet laws.

I'm pretty sure I saw a Trabant yesterday rolling in the other direction. Ah yes, Asheville......keeping it hippie.......wouldn't have it any other way.

Yeah. Safety belts are also mandatory. About 10% of people still never wear them. Crazy people.

With the gorgeous weather in the Southeast, everyone out in their nice cars. Saw a white M2, most notably.  :D

This morning, a cougar.  And not one with 4 wheels or 2 legs.  This one had a tail.  Just sitting on the side of Highway 19 watching the cars drive by.  Pretty rare really, despite working in the woods all my life I can count on 1 hand how many times I have seen one to know for sure.

Neighbour around the corner bought a red A4.

I hate that guy.
