That black TA edition Viper is so gloriously over-the-top looking.   The automotive equivalent of dating a stripper.

Though I can't imagine I'd ever spend my fictional dollars on one, there's something heart (and ice cap) warming about an 8.4 L V10.

Makes more modern hybrid and forced induction sportscars seem so boring...despite the improved performance.

I had a brief glimpse of a car chase tonight.  I was s/b waiting at a traffic light.  Suddenly, a Scion xB zooms around the stopped n/b traffic.  I say to myself, "Well, that's interesting".  Seconds later, a police car goes around the n/b traffic and away the two vehicles  go, disappearing off into the distance.

I thought of this thread today.........during a fuel stop on my group ride, there was an Alfa Romeo Spider !

Wish we weren't taking off, otherwise I'd have gotten my mobile out of my seat and snapped a photo. But what a beauty.

Last Sunday: Beautiful Alpina B7 parked at Park Royal shopping centre in West Van, with chin spoiler severely bottomed out on curb, visibly cracked and torqued upwards. Some peoples' sadism knows no bounds...

Was near the Volvo dealer today so I drove through the lot. They had both a V90 and a V90 CC and both looked great.

Stopped by the Alfa Romeo dealer, they didn't have much to drive but my mother and I did get inside the one in the showroom. The interior is leagues and bounds ahead of a BMW 3er  :sleep:  . And the large aluminium shift paddles are quite.....sporty.
