Hi all,
Had my lower control arm replaced and now I'm getting a high pitched humming noise upon acceleration from stop and then it goes away. I haven't noticed any other patterns yet but will do more test driving tomorrow.
Any thoughts on what it could be that's causing the noise (it wasn't there before the control arm replacement)?
p.s. on a side note, the mechanic charged me for 2 mechanics. it gone done in about 3/4 the time, but i don't understand how 2 mechanics can work on a control arm replacement at the same time. It's not like working on brakes from 2 different wheels....or am I missing something?
