You know if that was playing in the campsite next to me I would deal with it in the following way. Walk over there with a buddy,  grab device and when he says PULL  throw it up and obliterate it with some 71/2 out of the 12 gauge. Then walk back without saying a word.  ;D

Who doesn't play music at the lake?  I mean, you're not taking this backcountry camping.
Quality is never an accident; it is always the result of high intention, sincere effort, intelligent direction, and skillful execution; it represents the wise choice of many alternatives.

On your own property fill your boots. In a campsite? You takes your chances.  ;D

It depends, a few years ago we had the unfortunate luck to be stuck by a bunch of kids staying in a group site. I got a quick, 101 refresher of modern day hip hop. I tried talking to them, no dice, someone else went to talk to them, they got aggressive, best part was seeing them being taken away by the cops for underage drinking and being mouthy to the fish cops. So yeah, play your music, but keep it to a dull roar, not everyone enjoys your musical taste.....unless its 90s country, then in that case, turn it to 11  :P ;D
Lighten up Francis.....

Which is why all music should be banned in a cheek to jowl campground.

Nothing makes my ears bleed quite like country music.   Most of it is just so awful.

Now reduced to $450. No interest even though posted on 3 sites. Where the hell are all those teenagers wanting to spend their parents money?

Leave it out by the side of the road with  "Best Offer Takes It" and provide a money jar.
