Given how much fun my 2002 75hp, 1.2 litre Clio was, that thing would be a riot.
I'd rather be car-poor than house-poor...

If driving an Alfa does not restore vitality to your soul, then just pass the hospital and park at the morgue to save everyone time.

Now drives a Jaaaaaaag...and thus will not pay for anything during an outing...but it is OK, because....I drive a Jaaaaaag.

Pricey, but so much want. That thing must be crazy fun to drive.

yeah, even though on paper that car is not very fast but even look of it is intimidating, prob modern performance updates will make it go very fast.

Alfa's from that era are just gorgeous.  To me, they're some of the most desirable cars on the planet.

Thank gawd.

I love this.

https://bringatrailer.com/listing/1974-audi-100ls/

I posted on that auction!

Being an automatic, it would make a sweet summer car for my teenage daughters, and same color combo as the e-tron!

It seems Audi's talent with interior is at least 4 decades old:

That's in remarkable shape. Especially so considering this was prior to VW getting serious about rust protection. Most of these dissolved ages ago.

You guys forgot to mention an important detail: that BaT-listed car is right here in Montreal. It's far from perfect, rust issues remain and, as BaT would say, "Bondo is equipped". Still, lower expected price than most of these command.

Since that's about $10K more than it was new, yeah, that price is based on hours of doing crack.

Found a Hyundai Pony on Autotrader. Asking price, $14,495. Appears to be in nice condition.  I just don't think the asking price is anywhere realistic, or am I missing something.

$1500 tops.

It would be fun to drive that in Manitoba, never wash it and watch the body disappear.
It would look like Huckleberry Hound's woody wagon after the termite got to it.

Having driven an automatic Pony back when they were new (man, I'm old!!), it would fit your screen name very well.

That Pony is in nice shape. It would need to have 5spd for any interest on my part. Plus the $1500 figure sounds about right.

My parents had a '64 Falcon wagon with 3 on the tree.  Lets just say, I never asked if I could take to school when I got my licence is '66.

A friend of mine calls his three on the true 'the most effective anti theft device ever made'.

Okay again an exception to my convertible rule. If everything pictured in the ad comes with the car, I think you will all agree, a very sweet buy.

That is a beauty...I too would take everything in the photos...the grass, the trees...that car is stunning.  Always loved those too.  And the accessories in this case are pretty fantastic as well.  ;D Not sure about sitting on the hood, but in those days I guess cars were made a little thicker, so they tended to hold the weight of an adult fairly well.  Today you;d end up with a dented hood.

That's just a good looking car. Green never looked so nice.
