I inherited this from my dad, he bought it new in 2013. Specs:
Black/Gold exterior, grey interior
72,000 kms
5.7 hemi, 6 speed auto
quad cab
tonneau cover, summer and winter floor mats
factory options (I have the original monroney sticker):
premium bench seat (seats 6)
customer preferred package: 20" chrome wheels, side steps, tow hooks, full size spare, trailer hitch
comfort group: heated steering wheel and seats
Uconnect 8.4 (no carplay, headunit would need to be upgraded to enable, 'nav ready')
I don't have all the service records from my dad, but he was as fanatical as I am with maintenance and keeping it spotless. This is the work I've have done totally around $5K:
Aug 2022: 64K service (brake inspection and brake fluid flush, 4wd system serviced, transmission fluid flushed, oil change, fuel system flush/clean, 4-wheel alignment done) ~$1700
Feb 2023: both intake manifolds replaced ~$2300
Mar 2023: Passed safety so I could transfer the ownership, also replaced the rear brakes (pads, routers and calipers) ~$950
Issues:
- You'll see in the pic there is a quarter-ish-sized rust spot on the driver door. I have a quote for about $2000 to "fix it" and $2800 to "fix it properly", meaning replace the door and blend the paint.
- bed is pretty scratched up, there is no bed liner and it was used to haul around welding equipment and other stuff for a few years.
- not really an issue, but the tonneau cover is faded and has one tiny hole in it
Runs and drives like a new truck, my dad didn't drive it much in his last years and I have been using to move stuff. Now that we're done, it's time to find it a new home. I posted it on Autotrader and got nothing but scammers and low-ball offers from dealers.
Given what similar trucks are going for with 3x the mileage and the work that's been done on it, I am firm on $19,500. Vehicle is located in Burlington, On
