The active discussions here on VW as a company and how it treats its loyal customer base reminded me of the Dieselgate saga. That, and how much I miss my Golf, an aspirational affordable car if there was ever one.
Good thing I documented all of it in my features as the details unfolded, as I would have remembered so little of this.
