Image Navigation on AutoTrader site
« on: November 23, 2017, 03:33:16 pm »
Does anyone else find the forward and back buttons on the image tiles to be a pest on the AutoTrader slideshows?

The hotpoint for the arrows covers most of the tile, so instead of opening that image it bumps to the next set of tiles quite a bit of the time.

Don't most of these just have forward and back buttons on the main image?

On some great and glorious day the plain folks of the land will reach their heart's desire at last, and the White House will be adorned by a downright moron.

Never noticed this myself, so had to go see what you guys are on about. Just checked and seems normal to me. Arrow hotpoint covers only half maybe 2/3 of the image tile, but goes noticeably darker when you're over it.

Maybe a browser issue? All good here on macOS whether running Safari or Firefox.

On the last line, by the way, the image arrows in the image scroll one image at a time, the filmstrip on the bottom shifts the whole strip.

This is so you can jump say to the end if you know we always put our interior/cargo spots at the end if you want.

But I will ask if we can tune up the way the filmstrip arrows work/sit/size etc.

I just click on the top pic in the articles which shifts to a screen where you can scroll through all of 'em

That "fixes" the issue for me.
