I'm going to Porsche on Friday so still have a couple days to decide.

Any feedback on the build so far?

Looks good.  I'm just glad you would choose an actual color and not just black/white/gray/silver.  Is there a choice for a gray interior?  I find black interiors are just so common now that even just a gray interior can be enough to really make an interior pop.  My dream combination for a sports car will always be green with a medium brown interior.

He's going with the GTS interior that is black with lots of red accents which I think looks great with the red exterior.

I have the same GTS interior on my Macan and I absolutely LOVE it, everything looks/feels special and premium

Would be very cool to have a matching Macan and 718.

That's kind of what's making the decision for me, an Emira may be in my future, but with how much I love the Macan it's kind of foolish to not give a Porsche sports car a go

Lovely. Have you considered an all leather interior option? Maybe with some deviated stitching?
I love it when a plan comes together.

The Porsche, because the 4.0L is going to hold value. Which Lotus in history has held value? Don't get me wrong, the Emira is super cool; I've had the pleasure of driving one and I think it's totally rad, but there's something about the Cayman/Boxster GTS that I think you'll really appreciate.

Decision made and order is in!

They still have to get me the #'s on trade for the Vette, but based on high level discussion it looks like I'll be trying to find a buyer and doing it through them so I get the tax savings like I did last time.

You don't eff around, do you?  Congrats on the order.

Do Vettes hold their value pretty well?

C7’s seem to be holding value really well given Covid craziness and the increased prices of C8’s.  It’s so hard to know what they sell for versus what they’re listed for.  Everything comparable to mine are listed in the 80’s, Porsche is expecting in the 60’s as a trade.

Selling privately then?

Thanks everyone, I'm pretty excited!

Planning to get the Vette cleaned up and listed early in the week, if anyone has any thoughts on what I should do with pricing, I'd love to hear it.  It's a 2019 Grand Sport, 2LT with Heritage package, Stage 2 Aero, manual, 12,500km's.

That's a perfect C7 spec. Wow.

If you have some time, why don't we list it on consignment? Shoot me a text...
