I've always been in reasonable shape, but this summer more than ever- driven by my push for better, faster riding on the track. Between the personal trainer sessions since May and daily working out and/or swimming I'm in good shape.
It is a little better today and yesterday, but certain,
specific angles still yield pain. Like, I will bend over 70°, and it's fine. Then perhaps down to 90° and it hurts, and then beyond that it's fine again. My appt with the doctor is way out at the end of the month; I'll hold onto it for now because this is kind of recurring.
I really, really hate my office chair and desk setup though. But we're poor at the plant, can't afford stand-up desks like the Headquarters people
