IT Question

OK for weeks it takes anywhere from 20 seconds to a minute to complete a click to another page which is a link on AutoTrader. The only exception is this forum where things (mostly) work. So just now I get this error message after several minutes wait " 502 - Web server received an invalid response while acting as a gateway or proxy server ". My guess is the mother ship has a router that has gone kaput, and nobody seems to notice?

Down for about 2 hours this morning? I expected an explanation here when it finally became available, like " we finally traced down and replaced the intermittent failing router that caused such slow access to the forum, or sometimes no access at all"  ???
