Congrats blotter. Glad were able to decide on something you both liked. Glad my wife doesn't really care, maybe a bit on the price. But whether it's an F-150 or a Silverado (all of which I would never get) she wouldn't care.
Guess I was wrong (when I was guessing which vehicle you were getting) on the Tacoma, as I see several in the Autotrader (new), but I guess it's the color that made the decision...
ya, for the Taco, we really wanted the brown. So many reds, black and grey trucks.
I don't see too many brown ones around. So when we seen that colour was dropped for 2015, well that pretty much meant we had to get a move on it. My wife wanted us to get "the vehicle" and not go through anymore temp measures (like something used for a few years, etc) She said the Matrix was a temp solution and all I did for 4 years is talk about the "next car"
The biggest thing was let's get something that's a keeper and pay it off. buy and hold.
So you keep the Matrix to the lease is up? Or was there a deal with that? A lot of people, especially cars that are tough to get, often get calls from the dealers, as they want the car back early, or are willing to pay a bit more than they usually would for a trade in. With the Mazda5 GT, I get calls all the time (it's financed). I like to tease them, and me, soon!
You get me a job, and I will trade in my used car, and buy a car! Have one in red, and manual ready!
