Really slick tire size calculator at Discount Tire.  I'm buying some new tires for my Mazda3 GT Sport and stumbled across this one.  Like others, I've been using the miata.net one for years (http://www.miata.net/garage/tirecalc.html)

Zombie thread, but think this fits here

Here is an example of where calculations fail and you have to go with the tire specifications and measurements.

The tire on the left if a 235 Toyo, the narrower tire on the right is a 245 Hankook.  Apparently Korean millimeters are smaller than Japanese millimeters.

I have 3 full sets, 2 of which are newish.  Dunlop DZ101 for cheap streets, Toyo R888 for lapping, Hankook Z214 C71 autocross compound for autocrossing.

Too bad the car only has reverse at the moment.  :'(

hey guys looked through some of the links for tire fitment, all want you to input an alternate size which is not a competency that I have.... looking for a program that provides you options based on an inputted tire size.. my son bought a 14 Kia Rio SX with 205/45R17 84V tires.. looking for winters and not a huge selection at this size looking for some thing that would recommend alternate tire sizes for this car... any help would be appreciated...

Here's a wheel offset calculator.  http://www.1010tires.com/Tools/Wheel-Offset-Calculator

Almost bought a set of nice Enkei rims (just like normancw's) off of Kijiji.  There offset of 45 mm was completely wrong compared to the 35mm offset of my OEM wheels.  Even w/ spacers, they would've looked dorky.  Plus, I would've had to buy adapter rings to make them hub-centric for my 57.1 mm centre bore.

TireRack shows alternate sizes when you search for a rim and tire package

Do you happen to own/work there? Seems like every post you make is a link for this company.
