I would only go for OEM/ factory rims, but that's me.

Any of the above would work...take your pick.

Or these? So many choices on kijiji. Check Facebook market too.

A big thing is the age of the tires. I find that winter tire grip is dependent on the age, drops fast past 4 years old or so no matter how much grip there is. Depends a bit on the model, but a good general rule

This can be a problem buying used stuff, unless you are just needing something for a year or two

Toronto? I would just not drive until the streets clear a day or two later.

Didn't Toronto just have a big "storm" event? 401 looks bare. Yeah if that is how fast it recovers then all weather. I haven't seen bare pavement on my street since early November. Here? winters.  ;D

No..just saying why some people can't wait it out.

No idea what OP does for a living though.

I'm about 45 min outside Toronto and at least 50% of my driving is on rural roads that aren't well cleared and also get drifting.  I'm now thinking though I'll keep my eyes out for the right 19" set just in case I upgrade at some point to a GTS before the move to all electric  ;D

If you happen to be north of Toronto, would like some hints on where to find some of those unplowed rural roads.... North from me (Vaughan/King) they plow them so damn quickly like it's a highway. I have to go on side/dead-end roads to find some fresh powder during or shortly after a snowstorm...

Buy some all weathers and embrace the awesomeness that you don't have to go out in the teeth of the storm. If you want to keep the Macan on sticky summer rubber then winter tires/wheels for you. Buy new and store properly and you can get 8 years out of them if you are lucky.

Thread's getting near is sell-buy date, but I'll pitch in.  My brother has a Macan with 19" Fast FC04 wheels with Continental TS850p winter tires.  They're a good match for a sporty SUV thingy like you drive.  They will give up a bit in ultimate grip compared to the usual suspects like Blizzak DM-V2s and the SUV version of the Michelin X-ice, but they are a great handling tire that preserves your steering feel on winter roads.  BTW, remember that winter tires retain their grip in cold temperatures and it's not all about snow and ice traction.
