About 10 years ago my wife and I did a bunch of hardscaping in our back yard ( shed , patio, pergola, etc.) all by ourselves. Finally today we put in some proper steps leading to the patio. This also meant pulling up and re levelling all the patio stones under and around the steps (and waging war on the ants).

All those squats and deadlifts sure helped...

Before and after.

Looks great! Is that a vinyl garden door? Just curious how reliable they are...

Thanks. These units are solid purpose built patio doors, not just two front doors with windows in them. My criteria for patio doors was maximum window area. Locks at the top, bottom, and at the handle. The doors open on metal hinges that run from the bottom to the top of the doors. See link below for more info.

^^^ Thanks!

Choosing a car based on reliability is like choosing a wife based solely because she is punctual. There is more to it than that...

Lol...interestingly enough my wife is of Asian decent, born in Canada, and is a big gardener...

And yah, we meant to do the steps right after the patio was installed, but then one thing led to another and you just sort of live with it...

Been thinking of doing that on my deck, as it is covered.  But during the day there is shade, so it doesn't feel that hot.  On the hot days, I may just pick up a portable oscillating fan.

Got the Grill Grates in the other day, so far trying them on hamburger, chicken, sausages, lambchops, sliced vegetables, corn on the cob, and pizza.

So far the hamburger and chicken was unusually juicy, vegetables pretty much the same except they don't fall through the grill any more and no big flare from the olive oil. Pizza nicely crisped without burning, something impossible before unless I used a pan.

So far so good. More difficult to clean certainly, but seems to be worth the trouble. Looking forward to how they do with steak.

I got a wire brush that fits between the grates.  Makes things easier.

Glad you like them!!
