I got 430 km on the last tank in the van.
Delivering kegs today and the gas light comes on with only 367 KMs on the tank.
Preparing my tax return, turbo tax has new section about properties sold. Asks for "total proceeds of disposition". Since calgary real estate market has been cooling i lost money but i cant put in negative number.... Fack.
I'm once again mulling over selling my rental condo, ugh, hate being a landlord. Prices for condos here are starting to creep up just a tiny bit from a good sized drop. The tax bill will be more than worth having it gone.

I just don't have the time for it now and it would be one thing less I'd have to deal with. The market sucks here though and I hate the thought of selling it in down market.
